Complimentary 15-minute phone consultations with parents to determine if evaluation is warranted
Comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning for speech, language, reading and writing, and feeding issues, including:
Thorough assessment (including standardized testing) in office in South Orange, NJ
Home and/or school observations offered if needed
Collaboration with teachers and other health professionals on child's "team"
Detailed Speech-Language evaluation report provided to family
Meeting with parents/family to discuss report and plan of action
Ongoing therapy services to address speech, language, reading and writing, and feeding issues
Treatment sessions provided in office in South Orange, NJ or daycare (if needed)
Parent and caregiver training on how to practice and carry over skills on an everyday basis
Follow-up family conferences to discuss progress and update treatment goals as necessary
Teacher Workshops
Provides teachers with important background knowledge about speech, language, and feeding skills, developmental milestones & red flags to look for, as well as practical classroom recommendation & strategies
